Employment Coaching – individual appointments to assist you with your job search. Help provided with resumes, interviews, career choices and networking.
Career Closet – free clothing for job interviews and the first week on the job. Monday to Thursday 9am-4pm. Identification required.
Computer Classes – basic computer training to help you become more comfortable with technology. Introduction to e-mail, the Internet, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Open Computer Lab - Come in and use our computers to fill out job applications, work on your resume or use the internet. Facilitator will be present for questions. First come, first serve. Feel free to bring your laptop.

One hour individual counseling: Boost your confidence and trust in yourself to prepare for a successful job search. Sessions available in Spanish.
The Myers-Briggs Test: Identifies your skills, interests and values so you can focus on what will give you the greatest success and satisfaction.
Networking: Opportunities to network with other women in the community by attending Women’s Exchanges, special events and support groups.
Computer Classes: Learn the basics of Excel and Word in a stress free environment.
Career Closet: Obtain professional clothing for women going on job interviews or starting a new job.

JAY LEMMEL, BBA has over twenty years experience in Career Counseling and Job Search Coaching, including 10 years with the world’s largest outplacement consulting firm as a Senior Consultant. His success is based on well-developed skills in assessing, training, coaching and developing people.
IRENE RODARTE, graduate of Stanford University in California, has extensive experience in personnel recruitment, selection and placement; training and coaching new supervisors and managers; and consulting for executives and managers in the area of performance management.

Women's Self-Esteem Support Group – Weekly support group, starting Thursdays. May 30, 2008. Weekly support group led by Sandy Galleghar, that deals with issues of self-esteem, change and moving forward. Join anytime. $2 donation requested
Latina Self-Empowerment Group – Open group facilitated by Maria Zavala. Designed to help you look at yourself, your culture & your work life in a holistic, self-loving & self-respectful way. Join anytime and learn to live up to your fullest potential. $2 donation requested

Divorce and the Legal Process – Presented by attorney Susana Gonzalez. Topics include immediate steps to take to protect yourself, alternatives to divorce, filing for divorce, the litigation process and determining how much it will cost. $5 donation, pre registration requested.
Divorce and Your Financial Future – Presented by Arlene Moore CFP and Certified Divorce Planner who looks at financial issues raised during the divorce negotiations such as housing, pensions & credit. $5 donation, pre registration requested.
